Meditation Classes
Have you ever noticed how hard it is to switch off your thoughts? We seem to spend so much of our time thinking about the past or planning for the future. All that thinking can get pretty tiring and often doesn’t get us any closer to achieving our goals anyway.
During meditation we use techniques to slow our thoughts down and achieve stillness of mind. Meditation can:
Reduce Anxiety and Stress
Reduce Disordered Thinking
Lower Blood Pressure
Help you to feel Calm and in Control
I teach simple techniques for meditation drawn from a range of approaches, both Eastern and Western. The techniques are not dependent on any Religious tradition or belief although you can incorporate your own beliefs into the practice if you wish.
I have been practicing meditation for a number of years and can offer advice and help whilst teaching the techniques. I am not a meditation ‘Guru’ but I will use my experience to help you gain the most possible from the techniques.
Group Classes
These classes are not running at present but are expected to re-start in Louth in October.
Classes are followed by a chance for the group to share thoughts and experiences.
These classes are priced at £3 per session.

These are held at my Practice in Alford, Lincolnshire. Price will depend on your requirements.
