Learning to Relax
How easy do you find it to relax? Although we may relax ‘in front of the TV’ or ‘in the bath with a glass of wine’ do we reach a state of complete relaxation? Often we find that our bodies remain tense and our minds full of busy thoughts even as we try and ‘switch off’.
You can use relaxation techniques to achieve full relaxation of body and mind but it’s much easier once you know what you are aiming for.
Individual or Pairs Classes
These are held at my Practice in Alford, Lincolnshire. Price will depend on your requirements.
Your session will start with a guided relaxation to help you discover just how relaxed you can feel. We will then discuss the ways in which you can recognise that your body and mind are truly relaxed.
During your session I will introduce several techniques which can be used to help relax body and mind. Initially I will guide you through the technique so that you can see how it works and then you will be able to attempt the technique without my guidance.
Each participant will be given a free CD - ‘Hypnotic Relaxation’ to use at home.
